Do you mean this one:

They don't make that style anymore that I know of. Searching Ebay might be one of the few ways to find that exact style. I'd love to find a surplus source on the cheap.
Way back in the 1980s I had gotten two of them through the mail, back in the dinosaur age before the internet I think I had bought them using a money order (this was when I was pre-teen or teen and didn't have a checking account yet, got that at 18 nor credit cards - I was in my early or mid 20s before I ever got my own credit card).
One of mine bought the farm several years back, one of the rings got bent beyond all repair causing a gap and everytime I flipped through the pages I'd have to carefully get the page back into the ring. A few years ago I finally retired that one. I saved the cardboard covers with the intent of finding some kind of generic binder that I could insert them into or attach.

Personally I use whatever I can find and if in a pinch I buy some at Walmart after they clearance back to school supplies. However I am looking for a certain type of binder myself, a Hygrade baseball card binder. I have one that my dad used, but it is about to fall apart. I'm cheap though and shipping online is crazy when ordering binders.
