If I copy a picture to WORD, How do I paste it to our forum posts.
or
What is the easiest way of pasting a picture to our forum posts.
I can never seem to get this right!

Hover your cursor over the picture you want to post. Right click on the picture, and choose "COPY" from the menu that pops up. Then hover your cursor over the post you are composing, right click and choose "PASTE".
Nope, doesn't work for me either. The picture has to be hosted on the internet in order to reliably post it in the forum, just like the instructions above say.

If you can see an 80 Topps Jack Morris this method worked for me.

I was able to use facebook, just seems like an extra step.
Yes, I can see Morris, but what method are you referring to?
