  I did a trade where the other person received the cards I sent, but I never received the cards they sent. I am not posting a complaint. It was not the first trade with this member. I would like to know what to click from the drop down menu to remove this trade from 'In Progress'. I think the choices are 'Unfinished' or 'Problem'. Which should I click to file this trade which is not 'Completed'? Should I leave neutral feedback? It's been 3-4 weeks and they live only a couple hours away. 

  Also, will I have to go in and repair the In-Transit and For Trade parts of my collection, or will whatever I click (above question), fix the status of these cards? Luckily it was a small trade.

Problem and Unfinished are both choices available.  I'd mark it "Problem" and try to get it resolved.  I've never had to mark a trade as a Problem or Unfinished. So, I don't know what actions occur to the cards.  Admin can probably answer that.

Have you had any contact with the other trader?  I wouldn't leave feedback until I hear their side of it. 

Yes, the other member has kept in touch. I am definitely not giving negative feedback. I just want to clear the transaction out of the In-Progress box, and keep my collection records correct. 

I had one of these where the individual never received the cards.  We had traded before so no reason to suspect him (and I don't today). After 6 weeks, I sent him the same number of cards again which he received.  I suspect the first envelope is somewhere on the floor of a Canadian Postal warehouse.  He then "Completed" the trade even though he had not received the original cards.
