I collect because I love the hobby, the concept of trading cards. To me, seeing "prices" is totally opposite of what this is all about. If I wanted that I would still be buying Becketts.

So, is there a way to block them totally from appearing in my collection? I know I can go in and manually remove them, but that's A.) a lot of work and B.) if somebody goes in and adds it back in, it would come right back.

Not only is it totally against my hobby, people are also entering crazy, random numbers for certain cards. IE, take a look at the 1994-95 Upper Deck NBA set. People have been entering $30 and change for common, everyday cards that you could find at card shows...when they actually had card shows here...for a nickel.

This can be built in as an option.  We'll add it to the "To Do" list.

I just had to buy a new computer due to a fried hard drive. (had some scans I didn't get to post on it, too!) When I clicked on my name before I logged in I saw this so-called "value" stuff is visible to everyone. It is possible to make it so that if I block it out for myself (thanks, by the way!) it makes it so it doesn't show up for anyone else, either? It worked for me right away that I didn't have to see it, but I don't want it associated with my collection at all. Thanks, Billy

Thanks! You guys must be getting tired of me pestering you all the time, sorry about that, but I've really come to love this website in just a short time. I'm almost to the point where I feel guilty sending in new additions and corrections...almost! :)  

Don't sweat it.  The more additions and corrections and features that get added, the better the site becomes for everyone.

Glad to hear that! Now that I have a working computer again I can start sending in non-sports checklists en masse. I could literally add a few thousand sets if you count the inserts and paralells as seperate.

As an aside, is there a way to submit a checklist when requesting a new set addition?
