Talk about robbing the cradle, Chad. If they had a "Traded Me the Most Vintage Football Cards" Award, you'd get that hands down.
i'm checking out the lists to make sure I vote for the right one. Those take a lot of work, especially if they're more than just lists, but include write ups.

Whenever I’m about to break it to a newish acquaintance that I collect baseball cards, I always preface it with, “Because I’m 12 years old....” I wonder why we picked that age?

12 = old enough to know better but young enough not to care! =)

Why isn't there a "Least Congenial" category.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Funnest hothead. And yes - I wrote funnest, not funniest.

My favorite forum thread from 2017 had to be hands down, the Michael Jordan Frankenstein card.

An honor just to be nominated. I'm in great company. Congratulations to all and may the most-deserving win!

~Rob~ Hockey set collector including inserts, ERR, COR, VAR. Knowledgeable about 1968-69 to 1994-95 hockey. All 1990 and newer cards for trade are NRMT. Expect the same in return. 1989 and older are assigned a grade. Everything on my trade list is available for sale. Reasonable prices based on condition. If it's not on my tradelist, it's not available.

Agreed, I was very surprised to see my name under the RoY category. It’s probably because Admin put everyone who joined the site and made one addition to the site in the ballot.

I said the same thing. That was some good stuff.

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.
