Autographed cards listed as AU No

As I check cards that I own, I see that cards designated AU still have an No listed under the AU tab. Does the second AU tab designate IP or TTM sigs versus the orignal AU tag that designates card company sigs?

Correct. Just a way to track your own "modified" cards. You can also look at your collection screen and one of the options near the bottom is to view all your autograph cards. Those would be the Autos pulled from packs. So you can see them all in one place there.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Is there then an option to see all your base cards that have been autographed?

Meaning Autographed IP or TTM. I know on that secondary page I can add if a card has been autographed but is there a way to pull up a list of those types of autographs?
