I got a photo variation card that isn't in a checklist and would like to know how to add that card to the checklist.  If it's a complicated process, I may just let someone else do it, but I've also found other variations (that I don't have) that are missing from some checklists as well, so it would be nice if I could figure out how to do it myself.

No it's some 2015 Gridiron Kings football stuff.  When I tried searching the forum to figure out if I could add to the checklist, I did run across some of the Topps confusion issues, but didn't read much into it, just caught that there seemed to be some problems with people adding wrong variations or something to that set.  I ended up just reporting the ones I was referring to so that the Admin can add them.

The 2017 Topps Series 1 and 2 variations were inserted in the 2017 Topps Update.  And are listed there not in the 2017 Topps base set.  That caused a lot of confusion and questions.

That does sound like a mess.  I never did buy any 2017 Topps baseball, so wasn't aware of that, but I'll keep it in mind in case I do get any of those.

I wish Topps would stop doing that SP variation thing.  It's making the priceguide listings look confusing.
