Looking for any info on this card. It is about 1.5" x 2" and appears to be hand cut from something. Maybe a magazine? I was told this card is from 1991, but I don't know how accurate that is. I know nothing else about it!

Looks like it was cut from the front of one of the Red Foley Best Baseball Book Ever covers.

I was think that, but couldn't place it.
