Do you have any information regarding how these were distributed?  I've never liked the way the '95s are listed under the 1995 Upper Deck product, they weren't really associated with it directly as far as I can tell.  They certainly weren't inserts.  Were they contest prizes, or were they a club offering, or what?

I have a Marino like this with the same design. How are UDA items listed anyway? UDA has a bunch of one-off items marking milestones.

These were purchaseable directly from UD. Not part of the base set. Seeing the scans here I'm sure I have this one somewhere but I don't know where. 

So, does anyone have any strong opinions about how Upper Deck Authenticated Memorabilia releases should be listed?  Do they belong in the "Inserts & Related" area of the base Upper Deck product?  Do they need their own listing in another category other than "Major Release"?

I've been listing them as standalone single card promos. I would not be averse to a listing for "Upper Deck Authenticated" with each issue from that year put together by sport.
