Is anybody able to tell me if this Curtis Joseph card is listed in the database?

I don't see it here but it looks like it came with a bobblehead.

There are no scans of those cards and the numbers don’t match, so I’m at a loss too.

http://www.tradingcarddb.com/Subsets.cfm/sid/50296 Those are actually the bobbleheads that were inserted into packs. There were home and (rare) road jersey bobbleheads. These did not come with the collector card in the packs. Upper Deck issued them in plastic packaging for individual sale. Here's the CUJO Bobblehead + Card package on eBay. 

COMC calls the collector card in the package 2002 Upper Deck Collectibles Playmakers. The checklist would have 14 cards, the 12 players plus Pavel Brendl and Milan Heyduk. Each card number would be the player's initials and the suffix of -2000. They also made these for Baseball and Basketball. I have a Randy Johnson bobblehead at my parent's house in Florida.

Is there a way we can look into adding this set to the database. The card comes with the bobblehead. The set name should be if I'm not mistaken:

2001-2002 NHL Edition Upper Deck Collectibles Playmakers.

The set is added. In addition to the 14 cards listed on the back of the packages, there was also a 15th Special Edition Bobblehead and card for Brendan Shanahan.
