OK, I have 4 different cards that have actual cards with a jersey swatch mounted on them. This one features a 1988 Donruss Roger Clemens card. I also have a 1990 UD Gary Sheffield, a 2002 Fleer Genuine Adam Dunn and a 2008 UD National Baseball Card Day Ichiro Suzuki. I don't know when they were produced, and the company they were assembled and distributed by on the back is listed as Vintage Sports Cards. Is there a way to catalog these on here, or should I just list them as the cards that are featured and denote them as "Jersey" cards?

The site is trying to standardize the various relic Notes, so however it gets listed the proper Note would be MEM, with an explanation in Note2 or the release notes for the set.

I have a Shawn Green card, I forgot all about it until seeing this. I don't plan on adding it to the database, in fact I probably will get rid of it at some point.

Is this a card, or a foldup cardboard frame that has inserted a card and a jerswey piece to it?

Yes, it's a cardboard holder with an actual card and a jersey swatch mounted to it. The back can be opened up into a stand.
