Someone will probably just point out how easy a find it was to begin with... I've struggled since I first started using this site to find where this one belongs. I only have one. :(

I would say it belongs as a single in the 1999-00 Upper Deck HoloGrFx insert. It is kind of like decoy cards or mail in cards.

It is a mial in card and there was one for each letter of faceoff. I remember I pulled this from a pack and I do not have enough of that set to say that that was it.

Would it be beneficial to set up a game piece section then and list them as their own set? or just kind of place them somewhere and not document them in our collections?

I'd say it should go in with the insert section of the set it is from.
I usually hang onto a few cards like this, especially if there are variants of it.

I notice that this card has Game Tip #53. Does that mean there are variations for each letter? Also, from memory, weren't these inserted into all the Upper Deck sets that year, not just one specific UD product? I could be wrong about that part.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I have an 'F'. Game Tip #52. The card back says that game cards are found in specially marked packages of 1999/2000 NHL HoloGrFX trading cards.

OK, I couldn't read the small print on my monitor. My mistake. Trying to remember something from 15 years ago from a product I didn't buy much of. Sorry about that.

From what I can read, this was from the 1999/2000 Upper Deck NHL HoloGrFX set. As for how to put this into that set, I guess do it as an insert. As for the number of cards there was a card for each letter NHL Faceoff and then a silver 2000 and a gold 2000. That was what I read off the back of the card. Not sure if this helps, but I would assume that you could just list it as a Game Piece insert and say there are 12 cards to the set.
