Dixxy, I do belive that is 1999 Bowman CHL - OPC International. They were inserted one per pack according to my old price guide. It was a parallel to the base set and card 150 in the base set is Ivan Novoseltsev. Back in 2001, the base card had a BV of $1, and the OPC Int'Ls were double that. But that was 2001 (my last monthly hockey price guide that I own).

This set had quite a few "parallels", didn't it? I believe I just entered a checklist for the o-pee-chee parallel as well. Probably means there's an OPC international as well as a Bowman.
