The back of the card is Frank Tanana, but who is on the front ?

That's definitely Frank Tanana. The best forensic evidence is his ear; ears are like fingerprints. Plus his forehead, mouth, jawline; compare them to other know photos of him. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
