it came along n a pack, but its not really a 'card'. Just wondering if it should or needs to be added.

This sort of thing gets listed as a single insert. It's absolutely a card.

Sweepstakes cards are listed as an Insert. Unless there are different versions, its a single card insert.

Did it come in the other Panini product?

thanx. i think it came with just about, if not all, Panini product.
