All I know is it's in the 1996 topps set. Other than that I couldn't find it.

Part of the base set. I dont know anything else though. For some reason, I've never seen the 96 Topps set. A bit odd since I was collecting a lot back then, but I did prefer baseball a bit more back then.

Like everyone else said, its part of the base set of '96 Topps and is a variation of their old 1000 yard club sub-sets. In this set they had 1000 yard club cards for Running Backs and Receivers, and 3000 yard club cards for Quarterbacks. Its nothing I would call special though.
