Yet another odd ball card I can't find. Found it on Ebay as Shi Overstreet's Fan, no number on the card. Can't find it anywhere in the database.

I think I may have found it. There is a promo card from this set but there isn't a picture. I'm going to assume it's the same card and I'll upload the picture accordingly. https://www.tcdb.com/ViewCollection.cfm/sid/78837

These look like cards that came in the Overstreet Fan magazine. Magazine promos more than promos for a set. Wizard Magazine did this too, they have their own checklists (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/95858/1997-Wizard-Magazine-Series-4 for example), probably this is like that. I wasn't able to find it in here either though.
