Card Identification Forum

Received the pictured card from a Sportlots Box order that arrived last week.  Out of the roughly 20 orders, 3 had issues, including this one.    What I bought (or thought I was buying) was a 1998 Sports Illustrated Autographs card of Jose Cruz Jr.  However, this card doesn't have the Fleer COA like other cards from the set have (I have the Brock and Fingers).  Any thoughts?

Found this fourm post, which led me to the Rack Pack Autographs insert set.

Wow, I was digging around on here, but that year alone would never have come to mind.
