So is this why we list unlicensed cards like Panini baseball? Because we have a full checklist?
I was always under the impression that Broder cards did not get listed here at all due to a) the fact that they are homemade ("Broder" is an umbrella term that applies to all such cards, if I'm not mistaken) and b) there is not a full checklist to be found.
Solution: if we have a full checklist, we can document. If we do not, we cannot. Is that about right?
