I thought this was a parrallel set but can't find any mention of it. It's not serial numbered. Just an exact dupilicate with no name on front.

Looks like the foil/printing wasn't applied to the card during the run. It's a printing error and wouldn't be listed in here.

Techincally it's rarer than correctly printed cards and you might find someone that values that kind of thing. But yeah, the main response you'll get here is that misprinted cards like yours aren't listed here.
