Card Identification Forum

I've had this card since I was a kid in a case. I was planning to get it graded and possible sell it. I know its a good card but it's got a real oddity on the left edge of the card.  The edges are all sharp and the card besides it being off center is in very good condition without noticeable issues.  The oddity on the left edge looks like to me a factor cutting error.  It looks like teeth marks from a saw. I assumed it happened when the card was being cut at fleer.  My question is does that destroy the value or increase it? 

Chrome?  Do you mean Glossy?  The Glossy cards were issued as a factory set only.

The unclean cut will affect it's grade, lessening it's potential value.

Yeah I meant glossy.  Sucks it's got the factory cut issue I was hoping it would increase the value.  

Did you measure the card's precise width?

No what am I looking for? 

Should be 2½ inches.  If less, then it could be someone attempted to trim off edge damage.
