Card Identification Forum

I opened my factory sealed 1994 Topps set and went through the 'inserts' into the factory set.  I scanned and added cards that were missing, but this one stumped me.  I have all of the 1995 Pre Production cards, but I also have this version of the Alex Fernandez card that is chrome/rainbow foil on the front.  The back is the same as the other pre production card.  Does anyone know if all of these have a variation or maybe there was a parallel to the insert set?

The factory set came with all 9 preproduction cards plus one "Spectralite" parallel version of one of the nine.

It is a parallel set called Spectrelite. They were inserted one per Baker's Dozen Factory sets. I added the checklist for you here:
