...and BigEd beats me to it. I think you have the base card that has been hand signed. Most of the Autos in the Proline this year had the player also write the serial numbering xx / xxx on the card. You could probably get it authenticated I could easily see Deion being arrogant enough to sign his name with a dollar sign in it.

If memory serves "authentic" autographs (in sets) were identified with a different back at the time they were issued. May be genuine autograph but not from the set.

Then it would be a set not entered into here. When you filter the card number only 2 come up and neither is a AU. I thought of this possibility but cannot find anything in here or through Google on being released in a separate product. May very well be an IP auto.

"SB" made me think of Score Board/Scoreboard and I remembered at least a thread or two about cards similar to this one. Here's one I found from last year. I'm not sure how we could determine the checklist to be able to get them added, especially if we're unclear which product they came from. They were known for unlicensed and repack-type products in the 90s, I think, so that doesn't make it any easier.
One option you have for your personal collection is to do a detailed add so you can note that yours is signed, and at least that way you can kind of track it here. I've had to do that with a few of my cards that can't get listed and it's a reasonable compromise IMO.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Deion Sanders
All Embossed SB (Yes Logo Score Board) Authentic Autograph
A friend who collects Deion Sanders (+1000) told me that Score Board bought several card companies and they reissued autographed cards. He himself has three Deion cards (1993 Pro Line Live #7, 1989 Topps Traded #30T and 1993 Topps #254). Unfortunately, there are no official lists. He is jealous of my card
A special page should be created for these cards and added as you go. But since there is no official list, this will not happen. I think of a famous TV series where there was always this phrase "As always, should you or any of your IM force be caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions".
