I purchased a few packs of 14 Topps Chipz at local card shop, because I wanted something unique to trade off. I have this one here but I'm not sure what it is called. 

Its blue but the center is silver, a magnet does Topps call this Chipz Blue Magnet in the Beckett Guide (as the face of the Chipz doesn't matter?). The player is hardly important here but it's Adam Wainwright of the Cards.

A rough semi-educated guess says you have an Adam Wainwright Blue Magnet Parallel "Chip" (Chipz) http://www.tradingcarddb.com/Subsets.cfm/sid/94336/2014-Topps-Chipz---Magnets-Blue 

I don't know what Beckett calls it. Cardboard Connection calls them "magnetic" the blue parallel with magnet would be a "Blue Magnetic".
