So I am sure this has been covered but I wouldnt even know how to search for it given the name of the company and the lack of other info.
Vintage out of Conroe, Texas.
Came in one of those twenty dollar boxes of random packs. Not legit clearly, There is a 1999 Upper Deck Victory of Rob Konrad (G'Orange) with a two color swatch and a 2005 Score of Junior Seau with a one color swatch. Not a ton of other info. Anyone?

To me, you have an enhanced version of a card that is in the database already, which would be the base card inside the frame. To me, this is along the same lines as having a card autographed, or rather buying a card that someone else had autographed. The manufacturer of the card didn't release it this way. If somebody altered/enhanced it in the aftermarket, I don't view it as a "set". Not saying it isn't collectible. Just saying that they could have done this to literally any football card ever made. In my opinion, your best option is to add the regular Konrad and Seau card to your collection, and then add these scans to your copies of them to show up in your personal collection. That's what I do with my autographed cards (signed at the ballpark, not from packs), and also repack Topps cards with the foil stamp. Others may disagree with me. We do have one member who likes to draw on the face of his Yogi Berra cards...

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I'll have you know that my Yogi card is a 1/1 and it has not been "enhanced" in 57 years! I will post when I find it.

That's a good way to do it, think Iwill go with that... Was also looking to see if anyone had any other info on the "company".. seems there are baseball and basketball versions of these floating around as well but no real info on the jokesters behind them.

Their logo is familiar to me, but I can't place where I've seen it before.

Aren't they one of the makers of the repack boxes?

Apparently so, given the information in today's General Board item about the Upper Deck counterfit settlement:
"In late 2007, the finished fake cards were shipped to an Upper Deck warehouse in North Las Vegas and later given to sub-distributors, including one named Vintage Sports Cards in Conroe, Texas. Vintage then repackaged the rare cards with other Yu-Gi-Oh cards that it couldn?t sell. The repackaged product contained three packs of cards laid side by side on a cardboard backing and covered in clear plastic. On top of each pack was the rare counterfeit card as an enticement for buyers to purchase the entire package. It contained a total of 26 cards and carried a price of just $6.99."
