Anyone ever seen a patch card like this?

I pulled this card and the patch is the washing instructions for the material the patch would have been! I contacted Panini and sent them a picture and am waiting a response but this is pretty crazy. Anyone ever seen this?

Pretty rare, usually. This is what's referred to as a "Tag" or "Laundry Tag" patch. Your particular card is SN5, and that's actually one of the higher Panini Tag patches I've seen; usually they seem to be SN1 or SN2.
