I usually assist others in researching and identifying cards, but now I find myself in need of help. I have acquired some film actress cards that remain unidentified. These cards are numbered and include the name of the actress and their associated studio. I only have actress cards, but I can only assume the set contains actors as well. The cards have blank backs, so there is no further information provided. Attempts to contact the seller for more details were unsuccessful.
The cards likely date from 1952 or later, as one features Barbara Hale in a publicity photo for the film 'Seminole', released in 1953 [1]. For Rita Hayworth, the image seems to be circa 1945 [2], but I don't have exact dates for the others.
Despite searching common sources like The Movie Card Website, auction sites, and conducting reverse image searches, I only found limited information, which did not include specific details about these cards or their set.
Any assistance in identifying this set and compiling a complete checklist for upload would be greatly appreciated.
