A theory on Reddit stated it might be a topps pre production. Anyone have any insight?

Very kool card. Same pattern as Topps baseball cards from 1972. Keeper card for sure!!!

From your pictures, the back looks like someone had a printer and an Ebay account. On the front, whatever is above the S in Topps doesn't look up to snuff either.

That is definitely a Topps custom from around 2008 or 2009. A group of us at sportscollectors.net got a set of customs of us made from the Topps site in 2009 I believe, and the sideways 1972 Topps design was one of the ones used for a few of the cards.
