Card Identification Forum

   Does anyone have any idea what this is? The front says Upper Deck 4 times, the rear is blank and there is no indication to a year that I can see. Does it belong in the Data Base or the Don't Know Box?   Thanks...

Set looks ok, but this sticker is not listed (as the backs of the 90 stickers in the set have backs). I found 1 of these on ebay and there is a listing for it (sold out) at COMC. Usually promotional or samples were labelled as such from Upper Deck, but this may before the big promo boom.
