I can't find this listed anywhere, most likely it belongs to 1994 Classic Pro Hockey Prospects This mine is SN500, there is also version of this without SN: https://www.ebay.com/itm/165723371933 for reference another SN500: https://www.ebay.com/itm/235392258059
