1991 Ballstreet Silver Prism Foil Promo #NNO Mario Lemieux / Bob Errey | Trading Card Database (tcdb.com)

I have this card and also three border variations.  Red, Gold and one that's like a rainbow tie-dye.  All shiny.   The backs are all the exact same.  I can't find the variants on TCDB.  Don't seen any on eBay either.

I bought a box of random cards at an auction and it has a lot of unlicensed promo hockey, mostly multiples.
