Card Identification Forum

I found this card years ago just laying on the ground. I'm almost positve it's not worth anything in the condition it's in. Evidence suggests it's from 1986 or so. My question is, is it in the database here. The completionist in me hates it when I can't find a card in the database. I stop everything and search till I find it. And I have 2 cards, both promos for non baseball card products that have me stumped. This is one and I have the other in a different post. Any help you would give me would be helpful.

Not in the database.  Looks like it was a promo to advertise the book The Mick.  At first I thought it might have come with the book, but finding many of the books online, none of them mention the card in the book.  Not sure if it should be categorized as Oddball or Unlicensed.

I could be wrong but I believe it came with the book or possibly at a book signing.

Probabaly a promo just for B. Dalton book stores, or each store chain had the option of stamping their name on the promo materials.
