I know what this is but not the checklist. Does not appear to be posted. Anyone have a checklist, or could point me to where I could find it on here? Thanks!

Thanks for trying! I know these were handed out at Ligtning games, my friend who gave it to me is a huge Lightning fan.

I've found there was also a Calgary Flames set issued that year that was given out at games. Haven't found a full checklist for that, either.

They also did one for (I think) the Carolina Hurricanes that is planned for a future mystery post... different year though.
