Can anyone tell me ( An old color blind collector ) the trick of identifying all the different colors . Thanks, Wayne !!!

I don't have any newer baseball Donruss, but I know in basketball it helps to first see if your card has a serial number.  If it does, you can usually go through each proof set and try to match the "SN" total.  If it doesn't have a serial number, you can at least eliminate the ones that have "SN" listed.  (This is all under the assumption that the checklist is uploaded for that particular parallel)

I also sometimes consult the box the card came in for clues as well.

Wayne, as a fellow frustrated colorblind collector, I've decided the only safe way is to periodically take a few cards to work and ask one of the women there. Color blindness in women is extremely rare so I trust them.

Some of these SNs might help.

Press Proofs Silver SN100, Press Proofs Silver Die-Cut SN75, Press Proofs Gold SN50, Press Proofs Gold Die-Cuts SN25, Press Proofs Black SN10, Press Proofs Black Die-Cuts 1/1.

What if they have no SN# They were retail rack packs from Walmart.

I have many Larry Fitzgerald parallels from 2016 Donruss, and I can't identify any non-color-based criteria which would easily help distinguish them from one another, I'm sorry to say. Certain Press Proof parallels are die cut, but even then they have the same sections cutaway even for different levels/colors. In case I notice any easy way to distinguish them, I'll let you know :-)

I wonder if it's a retail-only that isn't even in our site yet.  It's not unusual for those to show up later than the stuff that is available in hobby packs.  Nobody seems to know they exist until after the release date.

The insert and parallels list for this set appears to be incorrect on the site.  It says that press proofs blue, green and red are all SN398 but these are in fact NOT serial numbered.

Wayne, I tried to find info on any retail exclusivity for the different non-numbered parallels but couldn't find any info.  Any chance you can take pictures of the cards so we can see for ourselves?
