This card came in a factory set of 1993 Traks Racing set cards # 151 thru 200. This is the only card out of the 50 that does not have the last name and 3 horizontal lines on the bottom of the card in silver. Is this card a misprint, error or counterfiet? Does anyone know? Thanks.. Paul...

It's just a printing error. It missed the foiling step. Printing errors aren't catalogued on our database. And cards missing the foil is more common than you might think.
