Card Identification Forum

The images in the database for the 1988 Score #158 Lee Mazzilli have Lee's last name misspelled on the front and correct on the back. My card has the misspelling on both the front and back. All online images of the error card have the misspelling on both the front and back (just like my card).  The member who uploaded the images is iffie99. iffie99 does not allow members to send Messages. I've asked Admin to ask iffie99 for verification of the card images.  Can anyone else verify if there is an "ERR front/COR back" version?

All those I have (about 10)are of the COR version, the name properly spelled on both sides. I only comment because today, I had to ask Admin to delete another image of a card that iffie99 had uploaded, (Donruss 1987 #612 front image). The image that existed was something that looked like it had been cut from a box, had a green color instead of black, and did not have the rectangular framing of the image like the other cards in the set.  Thisis not the first of other images I have found in error by the same member.  We all do make mistakes, I know I have, but accuracy is better than points.

Not in my collection. To the best of my knowledge either z / z   or zz /zz. My guess, iffie pulled 2 cards to scan, unknowingly a z and a zz. Was there any iffie err/var notation indicating he knew about the err/var?

No help here.   All of mine are the correct spelling front and back.
