1993 Fleer Pro Cards Mike Twomey card

Hi, I have this card and its not listed under the 1993 Fleer Pro Cards set. There is no number on the back and I looked under his name and it's not listed there either. Is it not part of the set? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you.

I have a team set like that - we added the card in with the team but it's numbered as "NNO". ProCards did this a lot with cards they decided to add at the end (like trainers and other non-players).
