So a few years ago I picked up a shoebox full of cards at a yard sale the guy said his wife picked up down if Florida. In it were a bunch of these from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office (cards dated on back 1993). They are all autographed. The images you see above are actually two different cards. I have no idea if they were autographed ahead of time and handed out at a community event, or if some kid walked into the police station and asked if everybody could autograph his/her cards??? I can find nothing on these anywhere. So my question is should I list them (what I have) as a set in non-sport. And if so should I upload the images with the autographs? They are cool regional oddballs, but I have no idea if a) They are supposed to be autographed originally (the auto in the exact same spot leads to this possibility) b) I have all of the cards? Input? Thoughts?

Can you provide a back scan?
-------------------------------
Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

The set seems to be quite large. Done in series of 80 cards each. This article in the APCO Bulletin says two series were done with more to come. Each officer were given an initial printing of 2000 cards of themselves to hand out.

Wow great detective work. I've tried several times to find info on these and you found it in a flash!

Sounds like a legit card set to me. List them, I say. Although, depending on what Miss Cantrell's "Telecommunicator of the Month" card looks like, you might have to put it in the Adults Only section.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Your checklist is missing Patti Cantrell.
