1992-93 Canadian Card News Repli-Card checklist?

SCD briefly tried catering to the Canadian market with their "Canadian Card News" magazine in 1992-93. The cards, like most from SCD at the time, came with their custom cards stapled into the binding. Here is the checklist I've worked out so far, but I haven't been able to pin down cards 18-20. Does anyone have these missing cards?
