Great looking card Billy!
That series is listed as (J16) in the American Card Catalog. It is classified as a "Soda Card".
A checklist can be found here.
The title of the checklist is wrong (it says "Beautifull Birds") but I think it contains the right cards.

Got this one on COMC. I know it's from 1895 but I can't locate a full checklist. Anyone have one? I have two more pre-WWI cards to ask about shortly, but I will do one at a time.
There are some listed on COMC: https://www.comc.com/Cards/Non-Sports/1895/Arm__Hammer_Beautiful_Flowers_-_Base,sc,i100

I found this page that describes known variations of the Arm & Hammer cards.

Great resource. I'm adding that to my favorites. It also includes a PDF verision of the checklists for all the soda cards. There's a link in the opening paragraph.

"Consumers gain nothing by buying unknown and inferior soda." Some real words of wisdom there, guys. Don't forget it!

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Billy because of this post I was able to identify and purchase 4 19th century soda cards today. My wife and I were visiting antique shops today and I (as usual) was hunting for cards. I found an album with a bunch of old trade cards, mostly cotton and coffee, but I saw some with the Church and Co. logo and recognized it from your post. I got two cards from the "Beautiful Birds" series, one from "Useful Birds of America" and one from "Interesting animals".
I credit you for the find......Thanks!!
