Well, as you can see from the back of it, HA considers it a card, so I don't see why not.

IMO, no. An authographed card is a player's card that has been personally autographed by the player. This is just an autograph on a generic card (nowhere on the card is the player's name printed). ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
