Well, I doubt it will ever be that much like you said, but it should still be worth a pretty penny. A couple years ago a 2003-04 Lebron James 1/1 Auto Patch card sold for 312k. That is the highest priced modern card ever sold. I just looked up the Brady one, and I think that one has an Autograph on it, although I think a SN of 100.
I doubt that card will ever be enough to pay off a mortgage, but like I said, it should be very valuable for a long time and I am sure your grandson would love it. It's a parallel rookie of one of the greatest players to ever step on the court and there are only 25 of them.
