A few days late posting about this, but just wanted to ask any NBA fans how free agency is going. As a Suns fan, I am very excited about the signing of Ricky Rubio. We haven’t had real point guard since Bledsoe bailed on us. That was back in 2017. It’s been pretty much G leaguers and rookies since then. Looking forward to seeing what Rubio can do with Booker and Ayton. Also like the trade for Dario Saric. The team is finally getting filled with real NBA players.
I am pretty sure Switzr1 is a Pacers fan, so I’m glad Indiana passed on Rubio for Brogdon. Hopefully it works out for both of us. Enjoy TJ Warren. He’s a dynamite scorer but there is seriously something wrong with his head. The guy can’t not fall on it, and he even was out for a while with a mysterious, undisclosed head injury.
Billy, congrats on getting Durant and Irving. We shall see if Durant comes back full strength. I must admit I am a little annoyed/envious that Brooklyn will always be a destination for free agents since it’s in NYC. Haha.

I'm pleased with Brogdon and Warren. Hated to see Thad leave. Didn't expect Collison to retire. And Bogey leaving was unfortunate, though everyone expected it. Maybe with Oladipo back and some new blood, we can move up a bit in the east. Admittedly, I haven't seen Warren play much because the Suns dont get a lot of TV time around here.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Obviously holding my breath with regards to the Toronto Raptors future ( or perhaps lack therof!). If he goes to the Lakers, look out with James and Davis onboard. The 76'ers and Bucks are still going to be a handful for anyone in the East . We'll see how soon if at all this coming season for KD's return.

As a Jazz fan I've been pleasantly surprised with all of the moves. Hard to really know how everything works as a team but they saw an opportunity in the west and are going for it. I can't really complain about any of our moves. May have overpaid a bit for Bogdonavic but as a small market team you do what you have to.
Thrilled to have Conley and nice to see some other free agents choosing to sign without money being the only factor. (Ed Davis, Jeff Green and Emmanuel Mudiay)
Sad to see Favors and Rubio in particular go. Both great guys on and off the court. Glad that they both seemingly ended up in good situations.
I hope Kawhi stays in Toronto.

Yeah, Utah and Dallas have done really well in the West. Big winners are in the the East with Brooklyn and Philly though so far.

Well, Kawhi went to the Clippers. And then they added Paul George to play with him, in exchange for Danilo Gallinari, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and a whopping 5 first round draft picks! OKC also gets the option to swap an additional two first-round picks, if the Clippers pick is better than their own. An epic long-term haul for OKC, but I can't imagine Russell Westbrook is too happy with his team's short-term prospects now.

Westbrook may not be in the OKC's plans, other than to be the next one traded.

Well we all new that the chances of Kawhi remaining a Raptor was, well miniscule at best. So now we wait and see what happens next. And for the Clippers to pull off the George deal wasn't exactly in the Free Agency cards. That should make the Western conference quite the dogfight next year.
