That was really difficult! One sent me way farther then I was supposed to go lol.

That was different than I thought it would be. Took me some searching to figure out what I believe to be correct answers on them. A couple answers I knew, just not in correct context for the way they were to be answered. I have a little more of an idea of what to expect now on the next "races" so hopefully I won't be as confused. It was fun and taught me some things I previously didn't know.

I looked some up last night and a couple stumped me.  I decided to check in to see how many entries today, and thought I'd give it another go.  One was much easier than I thought, but those were pretty good questions, even if most wasn't in my normal range of things I care about.  Can't wait for the rest of the race.

The AP50 results are in!

A small field, but some decent action.  Collector & Lea were both in early with 1 wrong/blank, but Collector made it out of the pits just in time to beat jaymcee to the checkered flag.

I did not expect Adrian Peterson to be the stumper.  While I did purposely make it seem like a racing clue, I assumed the cities would rule that out.  The "all day" was a reference to his nickname & his biopic(?).  He wore #28 for the Lions, Saints & most memorably the Vikings.

At least you all now know what to expect from my slightly twisted mind.  As I mentioned earlier, a very small field, so those near the back are not too far off from the lead & still have a shot at the top prize.

Next race - the "Citgo 121" will start on Saturday at 8 PM (Pacific), again with a 21-hour time limit until Sunday 5 PM (Pacific).

Glad to have gotten an opportunity to participate. Was a bit surprised at the questions (expected to be mostly NASCAR related), but feel more confident for the remaining rounds after figuring out what to expect for questions.

It's hard for me to get a good time as I am on the east coast and don't really go on the site that late. (That being said here I am posting at 11.)

Would it be to late to enter even if just for S and G's. I like a good trivia challenge. Shame I didn't see this yesterday

Anyone who missed the first race would receive 15 points in the standings (that race's "THE FIELD" value).  That's fairly low, so you could still have a chance at winning a prize.  If you just want to play for fun, please do.  I already had my fun researching & creating the questions in this Giveaway, so the more the merrier!

   Sorry...  a rain delay (here in Phoenix) delayed the start of today's race.
