I only post because I don't know what some of my cards are and I am trying to get my collection on line so that I can possibly sell it. I have at least 400,00 cards listed on Beckett and well over 200,000 cards in assorted boxes around my house. I am getting up in age and have just been diagonosed with Prostate cancer. I will quit posting on the forum so that UKboogie doesn't have to waste his time saying that I don't know anything. I wouldn't have posted it if I knew what it was. Thanks for your help before.

I think most of the people here have no problems with your postings. We enjoy solveing mysteries if we are able to, and it's educational (sportswise) to boot. Keep them coming.

I don't see where's he's said anything like that to you, but maybe there was a deleted post.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I could be the database troll but I didn't mean to upset you. Apologies if I did. I'm working on my anger issues by renovating a bathroom in my house. Taking a sledge hammer to a pedestal sink is very rewarding!
Keep posting my friend! We are all collectors with different interests and knowledge levels but we all have the same problem which is why we are here!

On a much more serious note, I hope and pray that you have good doctors and a strong support system as you battle that awful illness. My mother is a recent cancer survivor and I know how life changing it is.

Sorry to hear of your cancer. I lost my dad to leukemia when I was 17, he was only 54. Hopefully they caught yours soon enough that you can be cancer free in short time.
For the posts, the only suggestion I could make is don't put them all up at the same time. The main page only shows 5 posts, so when you post 6 or 8 or however many more than 5, they tend to get lost quickly, buried under other posts. Instead of doing them all at once, do them in batches, 4 or 5 at a time, then come back later and do the rest. Even later the same day, it gives us trying to solve the mysteries more time to see what the mysteries are.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Praying for your health here! UKboogie...good on you for chiming in to clear up the hard feelings! Trading Cards are secondary to health issues! Personally, I have Facebook to take out my anger issues and keep it away from here! Great site and great members...very glad to be a (small) part here! Cheers, Brian

Best of luck with your health. I don't mind questions either, at least in terms of collecting. Keep 'em coming.
