Very cool! I was in Phoenix for a conference and went to the Diamondbacks opener against the Rockies in 2016 at Chase Field. Trevor Story hit two home runs and Colorado beat Zach Grienke and Arizona. I remember, at least until the 1970s, that the Reds always got the honor of hosting the first home game of every season because they are the oldest franchise. Would be neat to return to that, but it’s another tradition our great game has chosen to forget.
