This is proving to be a tricky one. Let's add some more clues. My name is Walter, I have 2 NBA titles, I have been in a movie, I am not Walt Frazier, I was drafted in the 90s, I am a multiple time all star, I have a gold medal, I never played for the team that drafted me.

Nope not Steve Francis. I was a sharpshoter who had some of my best years playing for a franchise that has moved cities.
