Being that triple plays are pretty rare and HOFer helps limit the players. I think it was Brooks Robinson. I'm going to say 3 or 4.

The answer is Brooks Robinson. He hit into 4 triple plays and helped turn 3.
Sorry sandy, but I'm going declare spaz the winner. Passing the baton.

Never intended to steal Spaz's honour...he might go spastic on us. Just was confirming his answer with the accuracy of 4.

I glanced right over the HOF part, I guess

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

So here's the next trivia question:
Everyone knows the Yankees have won the most World Series' (I assume), but they also have lost the most WS at 13. There are 2 franchises that have 12 WS losses. Name them both.
Bonus: What team (not franchise) has lost the 2nd most World Series'? HINT: Franchise still exists, but in a different city from this team.

Dead on it! The New York Giants lost 9 WS's and the SF Giants have lost 3 so far. The Dodgers lost 8 while in Brooklyn and 4 since moving to L.A..
Your turn switzr1.

What Cy Young Award winner had the highest ERA in his award-winning season?

I believe it was Roger Clemens when he was with the Yankees. 3.51 if my memory serves me correctly.
