Ron Darling? I HATE the mets, BTW

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Maybe too easy here... Who was the only pitcher to throw a no hitter, and then never win another game in his career?

ARGH!!! I remember that but can't remember his name. Mid-1980s. I can see the ugly White Sox uniform. Maybe it'll come to me later.

Joe Cowley - White Sox - came to the Phillies and couldn't find home plate with a GPS.

LOL...one name kept popping into my head...Crowley. I knew it wasn't correct but it wouldn't stop popping in there, I guess I had Ozzy Osbourne on my mind. Thanks Dan for killing that earwig.

Cowley is correct. You're up, Dan.

Those Phillies-related questions...
I remember when he came to the Phillies after the no hitter and then watching him completely fall apart. I remeber saying when they let him go that they sent him to his farm instead of sending him down to the farm.
This player led his league in batting averagewith the lowest of all the league leaders. Who, what year, and what was that "low" batting average?
