Does anyone know why some of Otto's Fleer RC appear to have greenish yellowish highlighter scribbled on the ground and over his right wrist and left hand? I was about to offer mine for cheap because I thought it DID have marker on it, but then I looked it up and it apparently is on a bunch but not all of them. Can't find any info on it
